I hear another noise and I see my

fingers being loud loud loud –

Pitch black the noise continues –

Feel the heart of it all: you

are still here you are not alive

you are not dead you are here –

Warm flushes – no windows – sat

on that decaying throne waiting to die

we are all waiting to die –

How will I spend my time –

Water drip stops – no

It did it did I couldn’t hear it but

it carried on and now makes noise –

Once again the cycle repeats.

I will be okay soon.
