Have you heard? Live At Leeds: In The City is an Autumnal contender for festival of the year, with a lineup stacked with some of this year’s most exciting live performers. There’s over 20 venues and over 100 acts that will be taking to the city on Saturday 15th November to showcase new music, a feat that Live At Leeds and promoters Futuresound have been achieving since 2007. The festival is an innovator of the multi-venue format and has become one of the UK’s most recognisable festivals for championing upcoming artists, notably hosting the likes of Charli XCX, Sam Fender, The 1975 and Stormzy early on in their careers – so you know they mean business when it comes to spotting future stars.

This year, festival organiser Joe Hubbard announced Live At Leeds’ collaboration with Launchpad, a brilliant Yorkshire-based emerging talent development programme to provide a vital platform to the region’s up and coming artists. This collaboration further emphasises the importance of Live At Leeds’ for cultivating a creative community and network for new creatives to get their foot in the ever-revolving music industry door. Hannah Rowe, Madeleine May, The Corvids, Danny Clement, George Erith, Lauren Mikki and Lucas Assagba are the winners of the first year of Launchpad’s collaboration, taking to the Live At Leeds stages next Saturday.

They will be joining headliners Fat Dog and Jalen Ngonda, who have both developed dedicated fanbases and will bring the full spectrum of concert energy. We’re excited to see the genre-defying Du Blonde, the alt-pop excellence of Nxdia, indie alternative trio Honeyglaze, indie pop queen Katy J Pearson, alt-country quartet Divorce, the Welsh whirlwind of Panic Shack, the brilliance of Liverpool’s punk-rockers Girl Group, the delicacy of American singer-songwriter Runo Plum, the stunning vocals of Heidi Curtis and so many more.

To see the immense full lineup for Saturday 15th November, including Keo, Westside Cowboy, Flipturn and Warmduscher, and to grab your tickets before they go, head to the Live At Leeds website.
